Everyone should learn how to make a no-sew spring gnome! It seems as if gnome crafts have taken over the internet. But what’s not to like? These spring gnomes created by Nathalie at Press Print Party are adorable and add a fun, whimsical touch to any decor—whether you’re styling a sweet gnome display or looking for unique Spring party ideas. Sure, Christmas gnomes are a hit, but gnomes have gone year-round—they’re showing up in every season now.
“Sweetie, are you sure you can do something with that wreath?” That was the question the sweet little lady working the estate sale asked not once but twice about the scraggly, misshapen DIY grapevine wreath. Donna from Modern on Monticello wasn’t looking for the prettiest wreath, but was looking for the one with the good bones that could be made into something better. So she selected the one that no one else wanted to buy and transformed it into a DIY Grapevine Wreath Makeover.
Every spring, Claire from Pillar Box Blue looks forward to spotting carpets of bluebells in the local woods. It’s one of those beautiful moments when you know spring has finally arrived after a long, grey winter. Naturally, they can’t just be enjoyed and then move on. Instead, she came home, looked at a pile of old jeans, and think that they could probably be turned into something botanical. And so these denim bluebells came about.
There’s something truly wonderful about transforming the simplest craft supplies into a soft, delicate piece of décor. Recently, Steph from Crazy Little Love Birds was looking at a plain white picture frame from Dollar Tree—nothing fancy, just simple and clean. It reminded her of my love for quick projects that utilize materials we already have on hand. With just a few snips and some hot glue, that plain frame transforms into a Budget Friendly Spring Frame Décor and is perfectly suited for the season.
