Creatively Crafty Linky Party #218 Join in the FUN!

Sharing is caring!

The Creatively Crafty Linky Party #218 is here and we are super excited to start the party with YOU! I’d love for you to share your latest and greatest with us.

Create DIY Macrame Pumpkins with Red Heart Yarn and just a few simple supplies from around the house. I love the Super Saver line of yarn from Red Heart because it comes in 110 different colors, so you can mix and match to create customized craft projects. My mom has been knitting blankets with it since I was a kid. Each year when we were growing up in Pennsylvania we would get to pick out our own special colors for a snuggle blanket. My favorites were always the variegated skeins. I will show you how to make this super cute trio of pumpkins for your home!

What are YOU up to this week?

Creatively Crafty Linky is full of HALLOWEEN Inspiration!!

If you’ve been on social media recently, you’ve likely seen the rise of the ghost painting trend to make home Décor — a whimsical, spooky, yet charming art craze perfect for Halloween. Artists and crafters are transforming thrifted portraits into eerie, artwork using minimal colors and exaggerated, floating silhouettes. If you’re looking for a fun DIY project, now is the perfect time to jump on this trend and create a masterpiece with tutorial from Donna at An Organized Season.

Scare up some spooky breakfast with these Monster Waffles with Bloody Syrup with a recipe from Ann at Ann’s Entitled Life. These waffles may look scary, but they are incredibly delicious with a crispy outside and a hint of fresh vanilla flavor. The Bloody Syrup may look scary but it is the same maple sweetness that you know and love. Kids will love these boo-tiful waffles!

For this Halloween DIY Shadow Box craft, a spooky, vintage-inspired DIY that combines upcycling and some of the spooky Halloween-themed images you can find on Pictureboxblue. Claire from Pillar Box Blue turn small tin cans (the kind from tinned fish!) into eerie shadow boxes using vintage clip art and a few crafty touches. The result is a hauntingly beautiful wall decoration that adds a unique vintage twist to your Halloween decor.

Spooky season is upon us, and what better way to embrace the Halloween spirit than with some cute and magical bookmarks! They’re perfect for adding a fun touch to your reading and planning routine this fall! These Free Printable Halloween Bookmarks are designed by Maria at Krafty Planner with cute ghosts, pumpkins, witches, and black cats—bringing all the cozy spooky cute vibes to your reading experience.

Easy Embroidered Shirt

Create an Embroidered Floral T-Shirt with just a few supplies. My niece and I love finding unique pieces of clothing that reflect her personality and style. But when we can't find what we want, we create it! Adding some hand-stitched embroidery to a simple tee-shirt elevates it to a one-of-a-kind piece of clothing that is all HER!

Halloween Doodles

I recently had the opportunity to teach a bunch of folks The Easiest Halloween Doodles and 5 Fun Ways to Use Them! Y'all know that I just LOVE sharing my drawings and doodles, so when my favorite company Tombow USA reached out and asked me to teach a national online class for Michael's (yes, THAT Michael's) I was excited, thrilled, and beyond words! I am sharing the behind-the-scenes and all the files used in the class right HERE for y'all to enjoy. Watch the replay video of my Tombow and Michael's Zoom Class at the link above!

DIY Playing Card Holders for Family Game Night

Make family game night even more fun with DIY Playing Card Holders including the FREE Printable Patterns. My niece has a hard time with a handful of cards in her little hands, so I created these colorful holders to make card games more comfortable. One of our favorite games is UNO and sometimes you can end up with a bunch of cards. We love our playing card holders because they make playing games effortless and fun. And, it’s easy to see all the cards.

  2. Thank you for the fun party Beth. My daughter & I volunteer together for a local National Charity League and one of our favorite philanthropies is Loaves & fishes. We love preparing the food and then seeing all the faces of the folks who come in and interact with them. It’s wonderful you volunteer at your local food pantry. It’s very rewarding. Happy Easter!
