A Fun Printable St. Patrick's Day Activity
This printable Silly Leprechaun Name Game and Name Tags are a bit different than my usual hand-drawn printables and I am so excited! I have been using Canva to create my pins for Pinterest, but that's about it. Well, this Leprechaun name generator I created in Canva, and I am so pleased with the result. Let's get started!
To print the St. Patricks Day printable party games, I recommend using white card stock, but you can totally use regular copy paper if that is all you have on hand. You can also laminate the name generator and the name tags to last from year to year. After the name tags are laminated, simply write the names with marker and then wipe them off with a paper towel when done!
- Color Printer – Canon TS9521C
- Cardstock – Neenah 65lb. Bright White
- Paper Trimmer
- Scissors – I love my Fiskars!
- Lamination Pouches
- FREE PRINTABLE WHAT IS YOUR LEPRECHAUN NAME – download at the bottom of this post ⤋
First, scroll down to the bottom of this post to find the link to download the free printable St. Patrick's Day names game. The download link of digital files will include a single PDF file with the game pages. Due to the instant downloadable nature of this item, you will receive no physical items. All you have to do is download the document, open it using your own computer, and print it. I love my Canon TS9521C Inkjet Printer for its vibrant colors and the ability to print on cardstock.
If you don’t have a printer at home, you can save the file and take it to a local copy or print shop.
I recommend printing these free Leprechaun name tags on card stock, as it creates a much more durable surface. Be sure to select “fit” instead of “actual” in your printing options panel to ensure your printer doesn’t cut off the edges of the files.
This Creatively Beth file is free for personal use only (okay for homes, schools, and libraries), but not for commercial use. Please print as many copies as you would like! However, please do not share or distribute the free download file. Instead please share a link to this post with friends and family so they can get their own. Please do NOT modify, sell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own. If you'd like to share this project, you may use one photo, credit must be given to Creatively Beth, and please link back to this post.
The Leprechaun Name Tags
The final page of the download file is the name tag page. This name sheet has eight blank Hello, My Leprechaun Name Is… full-color name tags.
Just cut out each individual tag with scissors or a paper trimmer, and then have elementary-aged kids add their Leprechaun-inspired humorous name to work on spelling skills. You can laminate these name tags for extra durability before playing this fun game.
How to Play St. Patrick's Day Games
This printable game is a festive scramble of funny leprechaun and St Patricks Day names. Simply select the first letter of your first name (or you can use last names if you prefer), and then match it up with the month you were born. Combine these two names on the name tags provided and then try to remember to call everyone by their proper leprechaun name! Partygoers who are successful can get a prize like chocolate gold coins, and those that forget could have the unlucky chore of doing the dishes!
Download the Free Printable St. Paddy's Day Game
These free Saint Patrick's Day game files are free for you to use, but ONLY for personal use, please. The sheet of 8 blank name tags is ready to print with this file, making this perfect to use with large groups and classroom parties! You will receive ready-to-print digital files that you can print at home or in any local or online copy shop.
For best results, download the PDF file to your computer before printing, and print these cards using card stock for the most durable game (you can laminate them too). Print every page, single pages, or multiples of any one you would like once you save the downloadable file below ⤋
Please note that the design is NOT editable. Printed colors may not match exactly due to variations in paper quality, computer monitor setting, and printer quality.
