- Faceted Wooden Bowl – 14 Triangular Sides (found at Hobby Lobby)

Here's how to create a Rainbow Bowl with UNICORN SPiT®:
STEP ONE
To begin the UNICORN SPiT® Rainbow Bowl Stained with Sparkling Shine, gather all supplies. Remove any labels from the wooden bowl and sand any rough edges with a fine-grit sandpaper. Remove sawdust with a damp paper towel.

STEP TWO
Since the UNICORN SPiT® and UNICORN SPiT SPARKLiNG® are gel stains, squeeze out a small amount in a plastic paint palette with induvial wells.

STEP THREE
I counted the triangles on this wooden bowl and was over the moon that it has 14 sides, which means double rainbow! Starting with UNICORN SPiT SPARKLiNG® Dolly Firebird, paint the outside, inside, and top edge of the first and eighth triangles using a 1″ flat paintbrush.

STEP FOUR
Continue painting the triangular sides of the wooden bowl in rainbow order, two for each color. UNICORN SPiT® Phoenix Fire, Lemon Kiss, Blue Thunder, and UNICORN SPiT SPARKLiNG® Lavish Lovebirds, Violet Vulture, Starling Sasha. Inside and outside, plus along the top edge.

STEP FIVE
Paint the bottom of the wooden bowl, inside and outside with UNICORN SPiT® Zia, a gorgeous Sky Blue, and the perfect accent to all of these bright a vibrant colors. I love how the wood grain shows through the UNICORN SPiT® gel stains.
