Here's what you need to make Spooky Cute Monster Pumpkins:

.

Here's how to create Easy Jack-O-Lanterns for Halloween:

STEP ONE

Sketch out some monstrous features on plain paper with MONO Drawing Pencil 3H grade.  This harder lead will allow you to sketch easily without a lot of erasing needed since your lines will be lighter.  I love drawing all of the features independently and then mixing and matching later. If you don't want to sketch your own, you can download my FREE PRINTABLE NO-CARVE MONSTER PUMPKIN FEATURES at the bottom of this post ⇓

STEP TWO

Ink in all of the sketches with the bullet tip of Dual Brush Pen N15.

Next, I used my Cricut Bright Pad to trace all of the monster's features onto heavyweight 110 lb. cardstock with the bullet and fine tip of the MONOTWIN Permanent Marker.  I love to draw a double sketchy line when using the fine tip of the MONOTWIN to create added interest. The Cricut Bright Pad is my go-to for all my hand-drawn and hand-lettered printable files – plus it's great for weeding vinyl!

STEP THREE

Pick your favorite colors and dig in!  I used the Dual Brush Pens to give my monster features the added POP of color that they needed!

STEP FOUR

Next, cut out all monster features.  This is the FUN part – mix and match the features to create the perfectly creepy, cute, or funny monster!

Recycling and upcycling have been my jam since I was a kid. Sometimes I even purchase a certain type of product because of its packaging. For my Recycled Bottle Halloween Ghosts project, I purchased Sparkling ICE Water strictly because of the size and shape of the bottle. Now, I am hooked on the Mango Tangerine, it's slightly fizzy but too bubbly. Secrets revealed!

  • Such great ideas. I am always looking for different ways to decorate pumpkins. Here in Colorado, a carved pumpkin is just an open invitation for the deer to come to dinner! Thanks so much for sharing Beth!
