Here’s how to create a Dollar Tree Leprechaun Hat:
Gather all materials and protect your work surface.
Line up craft sticks with six vertically and one horizontally. Download, print and cut out CRAFT STICK LEPRECHAUN HAT PATTERNS. Trace hat base onto kelly green craft paper, cut out with scissors and glue to back of craft sticks.
Color in front of the hat with a green washable marker. Set aside to dry.
Trace hat band onto black craft paper and trace hat buckle onto gold glitter craft paper, cut out both shapes with scissors. Attach to hat with a glue gun and glue sticks.
Tie a bow with rainbow ribbon, fishtail cut the ends and glue to the center of the gold glitter buckle.
Trace and cut shamrock shape from bright green craft paper. Decorate with a green washable marker, adding either a pattern or the recipient’s name. Glue to Leprechaun Hat.
A great family fun craft activity to complete in just about 15 minutes. Washable markers add color without having to wait for wet paint to dry!
