Recycled Wine Cork Halloween Decor
STEP ONE
To begin the Cork Candy Corn, gather all supplies. Lay out 21 corks on your work surface. One cork, two corks, three corks, four corks, five corks, and six corks in a pyramid shape. This bag of recycled wine corks is perfect for all your home decor needs!

STEP TWO
Attach the corks together in six rows using a glue gun and glue sticks. Then stack and glue the rows together to create a pyramid shape. If using liquid craft glue, hold the corks together with a rubber band during the drying process.

STEP THREE
Using the photo as your guide, paint the first and second rows of the ends of the corks with Titanium White acrylic craft paint using a paintbrush. Let paint dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary.

STEP FOUR
Paint the third and fourth rows of the ends of the corks with Warm Sunset acrylic craft paint using a paintbrush. Let paint dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary. I love Americana Acrylics from DecoArt because they have one-coat coverage on most surfaces.

STEP FIVE
Paint the ends of the fifth and sixth rows of the corks with Mustard Seed acrylic craft paint using a paintbrush. Let paint dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary.

STEP SIX
Tie black gingham ribbon into a bow. Trim the tails by cutting a triangle notch at the ends. This gives the bow a finished look while preventing the ribbon from fraying. Dollar Tree has a wide variety of gingham ribbons in assorted colors. They are a staple in my craft stash.

STEP SEVEN
To finish the Cork Candy Corn craft attach the ribbon bow with a glue gun and glue sticks, using the photo for placement. The Dollar Tree craft section is perfect for finding good-quality arts and crafts supplies and getting creative!
