STEP ONE
To begin the Easy Hemp Wrapped Frame, gather all supplies. Basecoat the wooden picture frame with Spa Blue acrylic craft paint, and let dry. Apply a second coat, if necessary.
STEP TWO
Attach the Hemptique Hemp Twine to the back of the wooden picture frame with E6000 Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. Wrap through the hole in the center of the picture frame, then cut and secure the end of the Hemp Cord with Fabri-Fuse. Repeat on the other side of the frame.
STEP THREE
Secure the Blue Verigated Twine to the back of the wooden picture frame about one inch from the bottom edge, and then wrap 14 times around the entire width of the frame. Cut and secure the twine with Fabri-Fuse. Repeat on the top of the picture frame.
STEP FOUR
To finish the Easy Hemp Cord Wrapped Frame, attach seashells to the blank spaces at the top and the bottom of the wooden picture frame with E6000 Clear Adhesive. I love that these Pastel colors of Verigated Hemptique Twine remind me of the cruise I took back in November and the seashells collected on the beach in the Bahamas. Print your favorite photo, then insert it into the opening.
TIP: Use what you have on hand for embellishments and customize your coastal decor to suit the picture inside of it. Think of buttons, rhinestones, wine corks, beer bottle caps, or other souvenirs from your travels.
