I know that normally April Showers bring May flowers, but with all of the gloomy weather recently I needed to brighten things up with some beautiful blooms! So, I am skipping the April Showers and switching it APRIL FLOWERS!

St. Patrick's Day is over and Easter is past, so the shamrocks and bunnies have been put away, but I wanted something new and fresh on my Canvas Corp Brands Burlap Shape Pocket banner, so I decided lavender flowers would be just the thing!
Stack up the felt flowers largest to smallest and alternating colors for interest. Sew bright yellow buttons to the center of the 2 smallest flowers in each grouping with embroidery floss. Glue flower layers together and add a stem to the back of each flower with jumbo rick rack using Tombow MONO Multi Liquid Glue, let dry.
