Print Valentine Bingo Games
These printable valentine bingo cards are a bit different than my usual hand-drawn printables and I am so excited! I have been using Canva to create my pins for Pinterest, but that's about it. Well, this fun bingo game with 24 different cards I created in Canva, and I am so pleased with the result. Let's get started!
To print the bingo game, I recommend using white card stock, but you can totally use regular copy paper if that is all you have on hand. You can also laminate the 24 different printable cards and the calling cards to last from year to year. Since each of the bingo boards is unique, you can print as many or as few as you like.
- Color Printer – Canon TS9521C
- Cardstock – Neenah 65lb. Bright White
- Paper Trimmer
- Scissors – I love my Fiskars!
- Lamination Pouches
- FREE PRINTABLE VALENTINE'S BINGO GAME – download at the bottom of this post ⤋
First, scroll down to the bottom of this post to find the link to download the free printable Valentine’s bingo cards. The download file will include a single PDF document with 24 bingo cards plus a calling card page. All you have to do is download the file, open it using your own computer, and print it. I love my Canon TS9521C Inkjet Printer for its vibrant colors and the ability to print on cardstock.
If you don’t have a printer at home, you can save the file and take it to a local copy or print shop.
I recommend printing these free bingo cards on card stock, as it creates a much more durable playing surface. Be sure to select “fit” instead of “actual” in your printing options panel to ensure your printer doesn’t cut off the edges of the file.
This Creatively Beth file is free for personal use only (okay for homes, schools, and libraries). Please print as many copies as you would like! However, please do not share or distribute the free download file. Instead please share a link to this post with friends and family so they can get their own. Please do NOT modify, sell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own. If you'd like to share this project, you may use one photo, credit must be given to Creatively Beth, and please link back to this post.
The Calling Cards
The final page of the download file is the calling card page. This sheet has all of the images enlarged instead of traditional bingo calling cards which are letters and numbers. Just cut out each individual picture with scissors to make it easy for you to draw and call your images during the game.
You can laminate these pieces for extra durability before placing them in a small bowl or bag.
Gather the Supplies Needed to Play Bingo
Decide what you want to use for bingo markers. Here are a few of my favorites:
If you use a permanent bingo chip like a dot marker or sticker make sure that your bingo cards are laminated first. Then the stickers will peel off and the dot markers will wipe away. We like to use conversation hearts for bingo chips because they are yummy to eat once the game is complete!
How to Play with Valentines Day Bingo Cards:
This printable Valentines bingo game is the same as traditional bingo, but easier for young children because it uses images instead of letters and numbers. No reading is required, and with 16 spaces instead of the traditional 25-space game boards (including the free space), the game is quicker, easier, and so much fun!
Give each player a different bingo cards and bingo space markers or game pieces. If you’re using dot markers, each player receives one. If you are using stickers, candy, etc, each player needs at least 16 pieces (but of course, extra pieces are a great way to incorporate a snack too!).
You’ll also need to designate one person to act as the “caller.”
To start, the caller begins randomly selecting an image calling card from the bag or bowl and calls out what the image is, and describes it. Players who have that image can place a marker on that picture on their own board. Keep selecting and calling the images until the first player has four across, diagonally, or up and down. That person is the winner and gets a prize!
Download the Free Printable Valentine's Day Bingo Game
These free Valentine’s Day bingo cards are free for you to use, but ONLY for personal use, please. 24 different cards are ready to print with this file, making this perfect to use with large groups and classroom parties! Each card is unique with designs in slightly different arrangements, so no card is repeated. You will receive ready-to-print digital files that you can print at home or in any local or online copy shop.
For best results, download the PDF file to your computer before printing, and print these cards using card stock for the most durable game (you can laminate them too). Print every page, single pages, or multiples of any one you would like once you save the downloadable file below ⤋
Please note that the design is NOT editable. Printed colors may not match exactly due to variations in paper quality, computer monitor setting, and printer quality.
