Here's what you need to create a trio of Neon Pumpkins:

Here's how to create the Trick or Treat Pumpkins:

STEP ONE

In a well-ventilated area (or outside) spray paint the foam pumpkins black, with several light coats of Design Master ColorTool Flat Black.  If spray paint is not your thing, use several coats of black acrylic craft paint like Americana Acrylic by DecoArt in Lamp Black. TIP:  Test the spray paint on the bottom of an object made of foam to ensure the paint doesn't melt the foam.

STEP TWO

Select the 3D Fluorescent Neon letters to spell your message and then remove them from the sheets.  Flip the letters over on your work surface and carefully apply MONO Multi Liquid Glue with the fine tip applicator.  Set aside so the glue becomes tacky. The MONO Multi is a special glue that always retains a tacky quality, so it is perfect for applications over curved surfaces, as well as foil and glitter.

STEP THREE

Once the MONO Multi Liquid Glue is tacky, carefully apply one word, TRICK OR TREAT to each of the three foam pumpkins, which will create the trio. Because the 3D Fluorescent Neon letters are pliable, they conform to the rounded, dimensional shape of the pumpkins.

STEP FOUR

Remove the stem from the bottom two pumpkins and then glue the three pumpkins together, with the MONO Multi Liquid Glue one on top of the other in a stack. Top the trio with the pumpkin that still has a stem.
