No Sew Felt Sunglass Case

Here's what you need to make a Case for Sunglasses
- Kunin® Classic™ Felt Craft Cuts 9” by 12” – Yellow (3), Lemon Frost (1)
- E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue by Eclectic Products
- Hook and Loop Tape, self-adhesive – Velcro
- MONO Twin Permanent Marker
- Scissors – I love my Fiskars!
- Ruler
- Binder Clips

Here's how to create Sunglass Case for Summer
STEP ONE
To begin the No-Sew Lemon Sunglass Cases, gather all supplies. Download, print and cut out LEMON SUNGLASS CASES PATTERNS from the bottom of this post with scissors. Layer two sheets of Yellow Kunin® Classic™ Felt on top of each other. Trace sunglass case base pattern onto felt with a marker, and then cut out with scissors.
STEP TWO
Run a line of E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue around the perimeter of the sunglass case base shape of Yellow Kunin® Classic™ Felt. Line up and place the second sunglass case base shape of Yellow Kunin® Classic™ Felt on top, press gently around the edges. Set aside to dry. E6000 Fabri-fuse liquid fabric glue is extremely flexible, has stretch, won’t create bumps or bulges, and allows the felt to remain pliable — even after washing.
STEP THREE
Trace large fruit circle onto Lemon Frost and small fruit circle onto Yellow Kunin® Classic™ Felt with a marker. Cut out with scissors inside the traced lines.
STEP FOUR
Cut the Yellow Felt small fruit circle into eight triangles and round the edges to create the lemon segments. The triangles can be large and small, so it looks like a realistic piece of fruit. Measure and cut a strip of Lemon Frost Kunin® Classic™ Felt one-inch wide. Cut out triangles with scissors and then round the bottom of the triangle to create three lemon seeds. I love drawing and tracing with the MONO Twin Permanent Marker from Tombow because it has a large bullet tip and a small extra fine tip.
STEP FIVE
Attach Lemon Frost Felt large fruit circle on Yellow Kunin® Classic™ Felt sunglass case and the Yellow Felt lemon segments on top. Set aside to dry.
STEP SIX
Once dry, flip over and apply E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue around the rectangular bottom edges of the Yellow Felt sunglass case. Fold up and secure with binder clips. The side-by-side application of binder clips with give a strong hold to the double thickness of Kunin® Classic™ Felt until the E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue is dry.
STEP SEVEN
Flip the lemon sunglass case over and attach three Lemon Frost Felt seeds with E6000 Fabri-Fuse Fabric Glue. Set aside to dry.
STEP EIGHT
To complete the No-Sew Lemon Sunglass Case, remove binder clips from the sides. Cut a one-inch section of self-adhesive hook and loop tape, remove the liner paper from both sides and apply to the center of the flap of the Lemon case. Fold flap over and attach the hook and loop tape to the base of the sunglass case, and it lines up perfectly, everytime.
