Here's how to create No Sew Minions Bookmarks
STEP ONE
Download, print, and cut out the MINIONS BOOKMARK PATTERNS download from the bottom of this post. Trace patterns onto Kunin Classic Felt with the MONO Twin permanent marker. Minion body on Gold, Minion overalls on Neon Blue, goggle base on Silver Grey, goggle strap, and shoes on Black. If creating with older kiddos you can attach patterns to craft felt with straight pins. I love drawing and tracing with the MONO Twin Permanent Marker from Tombow because it has a large bullet tip and a small extra fine tip.
Cut out with scissors, inside the lines, so you have a clean finished project. Make the overalls as long or as short as you like to give your Minions their own personality.
STEP TWO
Lay the cut-out patterns on your work surface. Attach the blue felt overalls and the black felt boots to the Minion body using E6000 Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. E6000 Fabri-fuse liquid fabric glue is extremely flexible, has stretch, won’t create bumps or bulges, and allows the felt to remain pliable — even after washing.
STEP THREE
To create the goggles, glue the Silver Grey felt eye pieces onto the black felt straps, and then the wiggle eyes. Attach the completed goggles onto the Minion with Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. Some Minions have two eyes and some have one eye.
STEP FOUR
Cut various lengths of black twine to create the Minion’s hair. Attach to the top center of the Minion’s head with a small amount of Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. Give your Minions some individuality.
STEP FIVE
To complete the Minion Bookmarks, add the details. Using a dimensional fabric paint pen, add the mouths, outline the overalls, and add the buttons. Draw the “G” logo onto the bib of the overalls.

Use what you have on hand to create with the kiddos. Instead of felt, use colored cardstock, carboard and paint, or even colored craft foam. Yarn or embroidery floss would work instead of twine. Add the details with a black permanent marker, or a glitter glue pen.
A fun family activity to create in just about 30 minutes. Add a name to create the perfect place card for a Minion birthday party with the kiddos. The possibilities are endless with these cuties!
