Cinco de Mayo Inspired Marshmallow Crispy Treats

Churro Crispy Treat Ingredients:
- 3 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 6 cups Kraft Jett Puffed mini marshmallows, divided
- 4 TBSP butter
- 3 TBSP sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon, mixed
Directions to make Marshmallow Crispy Treats for Cinco de Mayo:
Add Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal to a large plastic zipper bag and crush gently with a rolling pin or the bottom of a measuring cup. This step is optional but will make the finished treats easier to cut and eat.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on high, until marshmallows begin to puff up. Add more time in 30-second increments if needed, not to exceed 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir in both kinds of cereal. Add in the remaining cup of mini marshmallows. Stir to combine the mixture.
Transfer to the 9×13 pan and press gently into the pan, making the mixture as level as possible. Sprinkle the top of the Churro Marshmallow Crispy Treats with cinnamon sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
