Here's what you will need to create a Bugs & Kisses Halloween Treat:
- Printable Treat Bag Topper
- Washable Markers
- Spider Rings
- Chocolate Kisses Candy – these are our favorites!
- Computer and printer
- White Cardstock – Neenah is super smooth!
- Swingline Stapler
- Snack Size Zipper Bags
- Fiskars Scissors
Here's how to make a Halloween Treat Topper:
STEP ONE
Download the BUGS AND KISSES TREAT TOPPER FREE PRINTABLE then print onto white cardstock.
STEP TWO
Cut out the Bugs and Kisses treat bag topper with scissors, along the dotted lines. There are two (2) toppers on each 8 ½” by 11” sheet.
STEP THREE
Color the treat bag toppers with washable markers, colored pencils or crayons. For older kids, watercolors are great too! Color and complete the TO: and FROM: on the back of the topper.
STEP FOUR
Fill snack size zipper bags with chocolate kisses and plastic spiders, close zipper to seal.
STEP FIVE
Fold the completed treat topper in half.
And then position over sealed zipper bag.
STEP SIX
Staple topper onto the bag with a staple on each end.

The file is for standard zipper sandwich or snack size bags. Because they are a little larger (6 1/2″ wide), they will print two to a page.

Get the kiddos involved to color these toppers and then hand out for a fun classroom gift, teacher gift or treat your neighbors!

We will share our bugs and kisses treat toppers with any “special” trick-or-treaters that come by on Halloween night (friends, family, and any little ghouls with really cool costumes). I can’t wait!
