My niece plays high school flag football and let me tell you that these girls are brutal on the field. No pads, no helmets, just cleats and mouth guards, and a whole bunch of talent! They still want to show their team spirit on game days, so I made a 5 Minute Football Hair Bow for Marlee and then got to make them for the whole team! Flag football team spirit – CHECK!

Here's what you need to make a Team Spirit Hair Bow:
- Pre-Made Grosgrain Ribbon Bows
- Embroidered Numbers
- Embroidered Football Patches
- Tombow MONO Multi Liquid Glue
Here's how to create Team Spirit with a Football Hair Bow:
STEP ONE
To begin the 5 Minute Football Hair Bow, gather all supplies. Remove the embroidered numbers and football from the packaging and dry fit onto the tails of the pre-made grosgrain ribbon hair bow. These bows are available in a variety of colors and have a built-in har elastic.
STEP TWO
Flip over the embroidered numbers and footballs on your work surface. Using the pen tip of the MONO Multi Liquid Glue, carefully apply a line of glue to the back of the numbers and football. I love the fine tip applicator for these types of craft projects.
STEP THREE
Carefully attach the embroidered numbers to one tail of the hair bow and the embroidered football to the other tail. Let the glue dry completely and then you are ready to show your team spirit! These embroidered numbers and footballs are able to be ironed on, but that would melt the grosgrain ribbon, so the MONO Multi Liquid Glue is the best way to go.
